9ct gold shell cameo ring, Edwardian, c.1900–1910. Oval shell cameo carved with a classical female profile in a simple collet setting with plain swept shoulders. Light wear consistent with age and consistent with a piece of genuine antiquity. Beautiful rope twine edging. In superb conditions considering age.
